My Trip To Dover And Thorpe Bay

On the 30th of December i went to a cottage in Dover to see our friends. Me, my brother and our friends played air hockey in the basement and i won a few games! Later that day we had some cheese and tomato pizza with potato waffles and beans. It was delicious! For dessert we had some yummy yoghurt and some gingerbread biscuits. We gave our friends a present each and i helped them decorate a Christmas jumper. It looked really cool! We also played on my Nintendo Switch. We all went to bed at about 10:15. I woke up at 7:30 and played on my dads phone. Everybody eventually woke up and we had coco pops and a delicious bacon sandwich. We all got dressed ready to go for a walk on the beach. It was really cool because i found some chalk a on the beach and drew on some rocks. We went to a tearoom to have lunch and i had a Victoria Sponge and a hot chocolate. When we took a long walk back to the car we played tag. We finally got to the cottage and said goodbye to everyone. We got back into the car and drove to Thorpe Bay in Southend to see our other friends for New Years Eve. We got to their amazing house and i was staying with my brother because i was the only girl there! Most of the children went to bed but my brother, our friend and i stayed up so we could celebrate the New Year. Everyone played pictionary and the boys won by one move! Soon after that we were shouting “HAPPY NEW YEAR!” I went to bed at about 1 am and slept well. When i woke up at 8:00 i played on my dads phone. I had a lovely pain au chocolat and a bacon roll. We all went on a walk again to a beach in Thorpe Bay. It was an amazing New Years Day!!! I hope everybody had a great 2019 and i hope everyone will have a good 2020!!!
